I developed a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) for Rhode Skin by Hailey Bieber as a strategic exercise in global brand scaling and media operations. The project simulates the transition of a high-growth "startup" into a global prestige beauty leader, requiring a full-service partner to manage creative identity and high-performance media buying.
Core Objectives:
Global Expansion: To lead Rhode's next phase of international growth while deepening "Glazed" brand equity.
Paid Media & Strategic Growth: To integrate Paid, Earned, and Owned channels for consistent DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) sales.
Data-Driven Accountability: Requiring "Analytical Transparency" through monthly reporting that maps quantitative sales data to qualitative brand sentiment.

Key Operational Deliverables
The "Glazed Guard" SPF Challenge: Created a creative prompt for the launch of Glazed Guard SPF 50, testing an agency's ability to educate "skintelligent" consumers on barrier health.
Evaluation Scorecard: Designed a 50-point weighted metric system to objectively score agencies on Quality of Strategy, ROI measurement, Budget, and Brand Familiarity.
Sustainable Logistics: Built requirements for a "Conscious Narrative" regarding ingredients and a mandate for agencies to demonstrate internal commitment to diversity and equity.
